Hey photo friends,
Most of you probably have a website. It’s still something I think is necessary in our biz, although some might argue that they do fine with just social media.
I don’t know those people, but I’m assuming they exist.
Anyways, if someone is going to invest a high amount of money into a service, they generally like to make sure it’s legit, and they probably want to explore their site before committing.
I know that’s how I shop.
And one thing that’s always helpful to keep in mind when marketing: pay attention to your own habits, desires, and tendencies. You are likely very closely related to your ideal clients.
A couple of weeks ago we explored what you SHOULD do or have on your website.
This week I’m highlighting some things that I don’t think help your website very much.
Five things to AVOID.
It’s a short but sweet listen with a wee download to keep if you’d like to reference it later.
Here’s to a happier website,
Natalie
